For yogis who have attended the introductory course, or more experienced practitioners.

Each week we will start with a flowing vinyasa sequence to raise energy levels, opening your body and bringing your attention in tune with your movement, breath and awareness. The postures will strengthen your body whilst opening the energy channels, freeing tensions and anxieties we build up during our lives.

The second half of the session will be devoted to pranayama and mindfulness exercises which we will build on week by week. These classes are an opportunity to harness and implement in our lives the power of ancient yoga practices brought bang up to date with modern scientific research on the proven benefits of breath awareness and mindfulness.

Time 5.45-7.15pmpm.

These sessions are designed to build week on week, which is why I offer 6 week blocks of classes at a time. I do understand that life’s other commitments sometimes get in the way of yoga, so if you are unable to attend one week please let me know in advance when booking your block and reduce your payment accordingly.
